Daniel and his son Justin are truly professionals. We have had over 20 houses, which means we dealt with many contractors, and we can assure you they are the best we ever had. They are extremely knowledgeable, they can do everything in construction themselves , so no time lost waiting for someone else to do the work. They said they would start the job on a certain day and they were there, and came everyday after, until they finished the job. They also clean up every day and check everything before leaving the job. They are extremely meticulous about everything they do. It is also very nice to see father and son working together in harmony. We would recommend them to everybody.

We would like to thank Dan for the excellent work he and his son Justin renovated or should I say gutted the kitchen/bathroom renovation. From taking apart the whole two rooms, fixing some major problems like electricity, plumbing and a very slanted floor. He made it into dream place. Dan was professional at all time. Any issues that he brought up he always found a solutions or some great suggestions. Every night, Dan made sure that the any scrap was taken out of our home and clean. The project was completed on time and on budget. When we are ready for out next project we will be calling on Dan and Justin for sure

We asked the Daniel Bray renovation team to renovate two bathrooms for us. From start to finish, Daniel, Angie and Justin were a pleasure to work with. Their help with choosing the tile and counter materials gave us the bathrooms we dreamed of. The work was done on time and on budget. Daniel and Justin ensured that our hardwood hallway floor was protected throughout the renovation and that the work area was always clean and tidy at the end of the day. I would highly recommend them.

After reviewing bids for a bathroom renovation, we picked Daniel Bray Renovation. We liked the finished bathroom so much, we asked him to do a complete kitchen reno that involved stripping everything down to the studs, electrical and extensive structural work.
All performed renos meet current building codes, electrical performed by licensed electricians, gas work by licensed technician, planned and reviewed by Star Engineering, and quickly approved by the City inspector. Dan and his hardworking work and design crew are all personable to work with, provided multiple recommendations for materials and layouts that fit within the budget, were flexible when required and were always available to answer questions. Time estimates were respected even through the pandemic.
Every effort was made to accommodate Covid 19 safety precautions in distancing and masking, the team was as clean as possible constantly sweeping and vacuuming and the attention to detail was remarkable. Dan was able to pick out and perform touchups that we didn’t even notice were required!s.
